We listen to what you say about your ultimate career goals.  Some of you want to be network correspondents; some want to work your way up to be major market anchors.  Others prefer to choose a nice city, get a good on-air job and stay put.  Our job is to help you plan your search so that you achieve success, as you define it.

We will also advise you as to whether your career goals are realistic.  For example, if you're a mother of three children and you don't want to travel much, the network life is probably not for you.  Naturally, career goals change as your life circumstances change.  As people marry or have children or simply get older, they often modify their career plan.  That's fine with us.  We're here to help.

Sometimes career planning involves moving you into other areas of the media , such as radio, newspaper columns, webcasting, book publishing, etc.  We help you coordinate your media activities so that they enhance each other.
